SHIPPING POLICY

When orders are received, they will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 days. Tracking numbers will also be sent immediately after they are shipped. After they have been shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To track your orders please visit USPS.com - Ship Packages Online with your tracking number copied to your clipboard.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT accept returns for the folloewing reasons:

  • COVID-19

  • To ensure any cosmetic products are not returned used.

  • All sales are final after purchase. 

MiISSING/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Unfortunately USPS has been experiencing shipping delays, misplacing packages, not scanning packages and more. If you haven't received you package within the given delivery time, please contact USPS first for an update. We DO NOT have control of your items when they are handed to the USPS postal service. There isn't much we can do after they are shipped. 

Therefore:

- We cannot replace the item

- We cannot issue a refund

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you are a customer with a damaged product please contact USPS and submit a damage claim directly to USPS.com - Ship Packages Online  and follow their instructions.
